Field Exists

Purpose:

The fieldExists method is similar to the tableExists, but it just
returns boolean (true or false) if the field exists in the table specified

Definition:

``$this->fieldExists($strTableName, $strFieldName)``

* strTableName - (string) the table to look for the field in
* strFieldName - (string) the name of the field to look for

Returns:
--------
``boolean``
